Accessibility Statement

Accessibility Statement

SkyyRose LLC · skyyrose.co

Last updated: June 5, 2026

SkyyRose LLC is committed to ensuring that skyyrose.co is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility status, the measures we take, known limitations, and how to reach us with feedback or concerns.

1. Our Commitment

SkyyRose LLC is committed to digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our products, content, and services, regardless of the technology or assistive tools they use.

We work to maintain and improve the accessibility of skyyrose.co on an ongoing basis. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. At this time, skyyrose.co is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard, as described in the Known Limitations section below.

We are actively working to address identified gaps and improve conformance across all pages and features of the site.

3. Measures We Take

SkyyRose LLC takes the following measures to support and maintain accessibility:

  • Semantic HTML structure. Pages use semantic HTML5 elements (headings, landmarks, lists, tables) to convey document structure to assistive technologies. ARIA labels and roles are applied to interactive elements, navigation regions, and data tables where native semantics are insufficient.
  • Descriptive alternative text. Product images and meaningful visual content include descriptive alt attributes. Decorative images are marked with empty alt="" so screen readers skip them.
  • Keyboard operability. Navigation, product browsing, cart, and checkout flows are operable by keyboard alone. Focus is managed to remain visible and logical throughout the user flow.
  • Sufficient color contrast. Text and interactive elements are designed to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and UI components).
  • Respect for motion preferences. Our scroll-reveal animations and 3D immersive experiences honor the prefers-reduced-motion CSS media query. When a user has enabled reduced-motion in their operating system, animations are suppressed and static fallback presentations are shown.
  • Ongoing review. We periodically review pages and components against accessibility standards and address findings in our regular development cycle.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of skyyrose.co may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party content. Embedded video players, payment processing widgets (Stripe, PayPal), and social media integrations are provided by third-party services. We do not control the accessibility of these components and cannot guarantee they meet WCAG 2.1 AA in all cases. We encourage these providers to improve their accessibility and will monitor their progress.
  • Immersive 3D experiences. Our collection immersive pages use interactive Three.js 3D scenes that may not be fully operable with all assistive technologies. Reduced-motion fallbacks are provided for users who have that system preference enabled, presenting a static layout in place of animated 3D content. Full WCAG compliance for complex 3D environments is an area of active improvement.
  • Legacy or cached content. Some older product images or embedded media may not yet have complete alt text or captioning. We are working to address these on a rolling basis.

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please contact us using the information in the Feedback & Contact section below.

5. Compatibility

skyyrose.co is designed to be compatible with:

  • Recent versions of major browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
  • Common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
  • Keyboard-only navigation on desktop operating systems.

Older browsers and legacy assistive technology versions may not fully support all features of the site. We recommend keeping your browser and assistive technology up to date for the best experience.

6. Feedback & Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of skyyrose.co. If you experience a barrier, find that a page or feature is not accessible to you, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

  • Email: support@skyyrose.co — we aim to respond within 2 business days.
  • Mailing address: SkyyRose LLC, 3400 Cottage Way, Suite G2, Sacramento, CA 95825

When contacting us, please describe the page or feature you were attempting to use and the nature of the barrier you encountered. This helps us reproduce and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Enforcement & Formal Complaints

SkyyRose LLC is committed to resolving accessibility concerns in good faith. If you have submitted a concern through the contact channel above and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable law, individuals have the right to access places of public accommodation, which courts and regulators have increasingly interpreted to include commercial websites. If you believe your rights under the ADA or a comparable state or federal law have been violated, you may:

  • File a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division at ada.gov/filing_complaint.htm.
  • Contact the U.S. Access Board for questions about accessibility standards at access-board.gov.
  • Seek private legal remedies as may be available under applicable federal or state law.

We encourage you to contact us directly first — we are committed to working with you to find a solution.
